At Nomad Rings, we take pride in providing high-quality, affordable rings for your adventures. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that shipping mishaps can happen.
Damaged Items
If your ring arrives damaged due to the shipping process, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Rings that do not fit (please refer to our sizing guide before purchasing).

Rings that show signs of wear and tear after use.

Lost or stolen packages.
